Waxahachie Plein Air 2017

This marked my first time to paint for the public.  It was a wonderful experience. Most of the artist have been involved it the event for many years. I was the newest artist to step up to bat. The highly respected artist Ann Hardy was the judge this year.  I was so honored to walk away from the event with an honorable mention for my work as a whole. What a great way to introduce myself to the art world, this marks my beginning on my journey  painting for the public in competition.
